Insomnia

Nowadays many people sometimes suffer from insomnia. They may not easily get to sleep, or can’t sleep well at night. If they don’t sleep well, they feel tried and a little cranky in the next morning. The reasons that people can’t get much sleep during the night are vary different from each. The mental tension is one of the reasons when people undertake a great challenge. The second is a chronic disease. The third is excessive intake of coffee or tea. All the reasons cause him or her lack of sleep. There are two common home remedies for insomnia.

Having regular exercise is one of the treatments for insomnia. I had been told when I was a little girl. My mother advises yoga-asana because it is very useful for those who can sleep at night. Doing yoga can release your stress, clear your mind and flash you body. Yoga refer to traditional India where organized the yoga for training disciplines’ physical and mental. Now it is not related to the religion, but most of people learn yoga for good health and well being of the individual. After you experienced 30min. yoga, your muscles, mind, spirit, and tension have been leased.

Therefore, you sleep deeply at the bed, and next morning you get up on time starting a new day. My father likes walking on the street, part, or shopping mall. When he feel difficult to get to sleep, he takes a walk about 30 min at least. He always helps himself to get to sleep well by walking. He said that people just lack of exercise due to heavy life and tight schedule.

Food, sometimes play an important role on helping human getting to sleep. First, drinking milk is a well-known food for solving sleeping problem. The second, having edible vinegar is also helpful. It tastes sour with strong smell. Some of you may not accept this kind of drink. Here have many researches proof that edible vinegar is an excellent drink for daily. Next, honey it is my favorite food. There are too many kinds of honey for you to choose. You will not know which one suitable for you with reasonable prices. I would suggest buy local honey that is good enough. Most quality honey can be found in organic store or online store.

In short, many people rely medicine too much when they are suffered physical or mental problems. Unless you are on serious illness, you want medicine. There are many home remedies that may help you to cope with the problem. The process may be slow, but it is a nature treatment better then taking too much pills. I suggest that getting on-line is a good way to look for what you need.
