Everyone have different habits in the life, but how can we have good habits and let us have happier life?
I think it is must have regular sleeping, we can get bed as the same time, then we can get up around the same time. Off course, we have energy to do another thing. The second we need to have a plan; it knows which things have to finish it first. habit needs to repeat at same faction, language, action. If we try to remember and practice it, then we will have the good habits.
At this moment, I am try to have good habit for study English.
